Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email solevure@gmail.com before sending the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the address to use. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
Refund timing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
